The furniture in your room is also new, and your room has the a private balcony. The apartment is situated in the best location of Frankfurt (Westend-Süd) and is very convenient for traffic. The main station is only a 5 minute walk away. A supermarket is in 4min walking distance. The price includes all costs such as heating, water, electricity and WLAN.
